As hemakes plans to leave Marshy Hope Creek for good,a couple of things delay his departure. A developerunearths a long-dead homicide victim on landthat was his up until a few weeks ago. AndChloe Richards is back in town.

The first piece of startling news sends a shiver downthe spines of four of the town's most prominentcitizens. Each of them has something from theirpast that could connect them to this discovery—with dire consequences. And the second pieceof news sends a shiver down Bailey's back—a notunpleasant experience.
